Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior designers and coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the concepting, design, and execution of motion graphics and animated content for internal initiatives and educational storytelling.
• Provide day-to-day mentorship to a team of junior animators and foster skill development.
• Cultivate a growth-oriented team environment and elevate junior creatives.
• Collaborate with leadership to uphold qualitative standards and align deliverables with institutional goals.
• Develop end-to-end creative projects including explainer videos and training materials.
• Implement workflows improvements and explore automation or AI-assisted tools.
• Review, critique, and refine team output for quality and consistency.
• Guide projects through the full production lifecycle from concept to delivery.
