Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Property Manager in the multifamily housing industry.
• Experience supervising a team of 5+ employees, including coaching and accountability.
• Strong understanding of multifamily property operations: leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, occupancy, retention, delinquency, and overall property performance.
• Proven budget management and financial experience: preparing and managing budgets, monitoring income/expenses, understanding financial statements, identifying cost controls and revenue opportunities.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
