Job summary

Chamberlin + Associates in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations, supervise the team, and coordinate vendors. You will manage work orders, PMs, and unit turns while ensuring safety and quality across the community.

The role requires strong technical skills, leadership, and effective communication with residents, ownership, and management. A $250 sign-on bonus is offered after 30 days.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily or related field.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall and carpentry.
• EPA 608 Certification.
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies and manage an on-call rotation.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop the maintenance team to perform at a high level.
• Assign daily work orders and prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency.
• Train, coach, and mentor maintenance staff to build skill and accountability.
• Foster a safe, productive, and resident-focused maintenance culture.
• Oversee rent-ready unit preparation and coordinate move-in schedules.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate and manage vendors, contractors, and service providers.
