Job summary

ACC Management Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance for three multifamily properties in Madison and Fitchburg, WI.

You will lead a team, handle turnovers, and manage preventive maintenance while ensuring safety and resident satisfaction. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong multi-trade knowledge (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry), and the ability to coordinate scheduling with property managers.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience required.
• Multifamily property maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform maintenance across multiple properties.
• Lead and direct maintenance staff on-site.
• Perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Respond to service requests and unit turnovers on schedule.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance across properties.
