Qualifications

• Two+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily residential settings.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, and carpentry.
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies and be on-call.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop the maintenance team to perform at a high level.
• Manage work orders, preventive maintenance, and turnovers to standards.
• Conduct property inspections and oversee safety and curb appeal.
• Coordinate vendors and monitor project timelines and budgets.
• Maintain maintenance budgets and report to Property Manager.
