POSITION OVERVIEW
The Maintenance Supervisor leads and manages all aspects of the property's maintenance operations, ensuring work orders, preventive maintenance, and unit turns are completed on time and to company standards. This role is responsible for supervising the maintenance team, coordinating vendors, managing budgets, and maintaining a safe and well-maintained community. Success requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to communicate effectively across residents, ownership, and management.This role is eligible for a $250 sign on bonus (after 30 days)
