Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and guide maintenance team.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and appliances.
• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders.
• Oversee make-ready process and vendor scheduling.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of common areas.
• Schedule in-house and contractor work.
• Perform monthly preventative maintenance.
• Manage inventory and materials within budget.
• Conduct safety meetings and maintain MSDS.
• Inspect work for quality and compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities.
