Formación

• Three years' experience in multifamily property maintenance.
• At least one year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Expertise in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, or appliance repair.
• EPA Universal or HVAC certification as required by property.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, train, and guide the maintenance team to complete tasks on time.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and general maintenance issues.
• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders per standards.
• Oversee make-ready process including inspections, punch lists, and vendor scheduling.
• Ensure common areas and exteriors are clean, safe, and presentable.
