Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in design management and construction, preferably in the multifamily industry.
• Strong understanding of construction logistics planning and site phasing.
• Proven experience in design feasibility and constructability assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead constructability reviews and de‑risking sessions during design milestones.
• Work with operations to codify technical operational requirements.
• Create comprehensive site logistics plans aligned with construction duration.
