Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of Superintendent experience in multifamily construction.
• Proven experience delivering ground-up multifamily projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• LIHTC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-site construction activities for multifamily residential projects.
• Drive project schedule and resolve potential delays.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
• Ensure conformance to plans, specs and building codes.
• Lead safety-focused site inspections and meetings.
• Maintain daily logs, RFIs, and change orders; monitor costs.

Education

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
