You will lead the construction team, coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers, and ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

The ideal candidate has proven multifamily construction leadership, strong safety discipline, and the ability to read drawings and use project management tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Lead Superintendent in multifamily construction.
• Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities for multifamily projects.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules.
• Address and resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and challenges.
• Maintain accurate and detailed daily reports on project activities.
• Ensure projects are completed to the highest quality standards and within budget.
