Job summary

gpac is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead residential construction projects for a leading production home builder. You will oversee multiple sites from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery, safety, and high-quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities include directing on-site teams, subcontractors and vendors, interpreting blueprints, coordinating with project managers and architects, monitoring budgets and schedules, and enforcing OSHA standards to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction and a supervisory role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to foster a collaborative and positive work culture.

Responsibilities
