Job summary

gpac is seeking a Multifamily Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site construction activities for modular, pre-fabricated multifamily projects. You will lead the construction team, coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers, and ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

The ideal candidate has proven multifamily construction leadership, strong safety discipline, and the ability to read drawings and use project management tools.
