Job summary

MMG is seeking a Superintendent for multifamily construction projects, reporting to the General Superintendent and/or Project Executive. Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors and aligning with the Project Manager on contract administration.

The ideal candidate will provide direction to the project team to complete projects safely and on time, with proven experience in podium and wrap systems and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Multifamily Construction required.
• Podium & Wrap experience highly preferred
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Interacting with subcontractors
• Partner with the Project Manager or Construction Executive on contract administration and management
