Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead multifamily projects in Palm Springs, CA. You will oversee planning, safety, scheduling, and coordination across teams and subcontractors on on-site duties.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in multifamily construction and at least 2 years as a superintendent, with strong Procore, MS Project, and Office skills. On-site role with generous benefits and a company car/gas card.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Multifamily construction experience at a General Contractor.
• Minimum of 2 years as Superintendent supervising project teams.
• Extensive experience with 200+ unit ground-up multifamily/mixed-use projects.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Microsoft Office Suite and Procore software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of a construction project from initial planning to completion.
• Ensure site safety and adherence to the safety program.
• Plan and schedule the project for efficiency in construction.
• Provide leadership to team members and subcontractors.
• Lead meetings with team members, subs, clients, and architects.
• Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions and utilities.
• Maintain documentation including logs, safety reports, and timekeeping.
• Resolve issues with client, architect, and subcontractors promptly.
