Job summary

You should bring 4+ years of multifamily or related construction experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to coordinate trades, read drawings, and apply OSHA safety best practices on site.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating subcontractors and field operations.
• MEP coordination and open-wall sequencing experience.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.

• Procore experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
