Job summary

OpenLoop is hiring a Lead Project Manager, Workplace Operations to own workplace design and construction from concept to occupancy. You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, and relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, landlords, and client partners for multiple sites including Madison and Dallas.

The role is remote with 25–50% travel and requires coordinating vendors, standards, and dependencies across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Five+ years managing design and construction projects, preferably owner’s rep or in-house PM.
• Experience delivering concurrent multi-site projects and coordinating with external stakeholders.
• Ability to translate drawings and bids into clear scope, cost and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and construction from programming through warranty and closeout.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, variances, and capital planning.
• Run competitive bids for design, FF&E, and trades; ensure contracts and insurances are in place.
• Coordinate permitting, codes, inspections across jurisdictions; liaise with Legal and Compliance.
• Deliver spaces ready for day-one operations; create SOPs and standards for repeatable processes.
