Compass is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its National Workplace Operations & Facilities team. This role manages a portfolio of construction and facility projects across the company’s national office footprint.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience managing commercial construction, workplace, or facilities projects.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong budget management and financial tracking experience.
• Proficiency with construction and project management software.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire/life safety systems.
• Ability to review drawings and resolve constructability issues with teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel ~30%.

Responsibilities

• Manage office build-outs, relocations, and capital refresh projects from planning through completion.
• Develop project scopes, RFPs, bid packages, and procurement strategies.
• Oversee external project managers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and tracking tools.
• Conduct due diligence to identify risks, conditions, and constraints.
• Align project schedules and budgets with business requirements.
• Ensure all projects meet Compass design, quality, and brand standards.
• Support CapEx budgets and track project spending.
• Evaluate maintenance programs and ensure lease compliance.
• Travel to project sites as needed for execution.
