Job summary

OpenLoop Health is seeking a full-time Workplace Operations Manager in Dallas, TX to own daily operation of all OpenLoop offices. Lead office managers and admins, set playbooks, and standardize service levels across sites.

You will support executives, guests, and onsite teams with a focus on guest experience and efficient operations. You will coordinate landlord relationships, manage vendors, plan spaces, and oversee meetings, AV, and office moves.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate or executive-facing support or office management experience.
• Experience supervising administrative or operations staff across multiple locations.
• Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to communicate professionally.
• Will travel between OpenLoop office locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead OpenLoop's office managers and administrators across sites.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance of workplace teams.
• Manage guest experience, sign-in, badges, and building access.
• Coordinate landlord relationships, maintenance, and vendor management.
• Own space planning, seating, and office moves.
• Support executive logistics, meetings, and offsite events.
