Job summary

CAMP Facility Services, LLC is seeking an on-site Construction Project Coordinator to oversee estimates, schedules, and field coordination for commercial projects. You will manage subcontractors, craftspeople, and vendors while ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates will have strong construction experience (multi-family preferred), Procore familiarity, and excellent organizational skills, plus a valid driver's license and high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Local travel 75% required
• Construction experience required; multi-family preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience with Procore preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, construction budgets, and schedules
• Inspect worksites to ensure standards
• Determine material, subcontractor, and labor requirements
• Participate in pre-construction meetings
• Coordinate and direct on-site activities of Camp employees, subcontractors, craftsmen, tradesmen and vendors
• Buy-out of jobs within $5,000 budget
• Assist sales/project manager with buy-out of larger jobs
• Ensure jobs are completed on schedule and on budget
• Review invoices and timesheets for accuracy
• Travel to remote markets to prepare estimates and establish operations
