Job summary

CAMP Facility Services is seeking a Multi-Family Superintendent to oversee on-site activities in Aurora, CO. The role demands coordinating with employees, subcontractors, and vendors to meet budget and schedule goals.

Travel up to 75% locally, with a strong emphasis on construction management for multi-family projects. Requires Procore and Microsoft Office experience, plus excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Construction experience; multi-family preferred.
• Ability to travel locally up to 75%.
• Experience with Procore and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, construction budgets, and schedules.
• Determine material, subcontractor, and labor requirements.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings.
• Coordinate on-site activities of Camp employees and subcontractors.
• Buy-out of jobs within an approved construction budget of less than $5,000.
• Assist sales/PM with buy-out of jobs in excess of $5,000.
• Ensure that jobs are completed on schedule and on budget.
• Review invoices and timesheets to ensure accuracy and contract terms.
• Travel to remote markets to prepare cost estimates and establish operations.
• Identify, investigate and select local subcontractors and vendors.
• Contribute to Camp’s success by keeping costs low and quality high.
