Job summary

CAMP Facility Services, LLC is seeking a travel-heavy role focused on preparing cost estimates, budgets and schedules for commercial construction projects. The position involves directing on-site activities and coordinating with subcontractors and vendors to meet schedule and budget targets.

Applicants should have construction experience (multi-family preferred), a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with NAV/ProCore/Sage and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Travel is a core requirement (minimum 75%).
• Construction experience is required; multi-family preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience with NAV, ProCore, or Sage is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Outstanding customer service and working with subcontractors.
• High integrity and reliable decision-making ability.
• Creative problem-solving and resourcefulness in project execution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, construction budgets and schedules.
• Inspect worksites and determine material, subcontractor and labor needs.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings.
• Coordinate on-site activities of Camp employees, subcontractors, craftsmen, tradesmen, and vendors to meet goals.
• Assist with buy-outs within approved budgets (under $5,000) and above that threshold.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Review invoices and timesheets for accuracy and contract compliance.
• Travel to remote markets to estimate costs and establish operations.
• Identify, qualify and select local subcontractors and vendors.
• Seek cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high quality.
