Job summary

CAMP Facility Services, a commercial construction and building maintenance provider, seeks an estimator/field coordinator in Marietta, GA. The role focuses on preparing cost estimates, budgets, schedules, and on-site coordination to meet project goals.

Candidates should have construction experience (multi-family preferred), a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with Procore and MS Office. Significant local travel is expected, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Construction experience required, multi-family preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally up to 75%.
• Experience with Procore and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, construction budgets and schedules.
• Inspect worksites and ensure adherence to plans.
• Determine material, subcontractor and labor needs.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings.
• Coordinate on-site activities of CAMP employees, subcontractors and vendors.
• Assist with buy-out of jobs within approved budgets.
• Ensure jobs are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Review invoices and timesheets for accuracy and contract compliance.
• Travel to remote markets to estimate costs and establish operations.
• Identify and select local subcontractors and vendors.
• Contribute to CAMP’s success by maintaining low costs and high quality.

How You Will Contribute To Our TEAM

• Prepare cost estimates, constructionbudgetsand construction schedules.
• Inspect worksites.
• Determinematerial,subcontractorand labor requirements.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings.
• Coordinate and direct all on-site activities of Camp employees,sub-contractors, craftsmen,tradesmenand vendors to ensure that Camp’s goals and standards are met.
• Buy-out of jobs within an approved construction budget of less than $5,000.00
• Assistsalesman/project manager with buy-out of jobsin excess of$5,000.00.
• Ensure that jobs are completed on schedule and on budget.
• Review invoices and timesheets to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
• Travel to remote markets to prepare cost estimates,establishoperations, follow local building codes, means and methods.
• Identify,investigateand select local subcontractors and vendors.
• Creativelyparticipatein building Camp’s success by keeping costs low and quality high. Seek outadditionalways to achieve excellence, both personally and corporately

Our Requirements

• Ability to travel a minimum of 75% locally
• Construction experiencerequired,multi-family preferred
• Highschool Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience in Procore preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suiterequired
• Excellent organizational skills
