Job summary

Htprof is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to schedule, coordinate, and supervise all trade activities on a Las Vegas construction site. You will drive multifamily projects from pre-bid to punch list, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with safety and quality at the forefront.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years as a Lead or Senior Superintendent for a General Contractor, with strong multifamily, podium/mid-rise experience, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience strictly as a Lead or Senior Superintendent for a GC.
• Multifamily expertise with podium and mid-rise project experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial/multi-family construction including surveying, site grading, masonry, framing, and interior finishes.

Responsibilities

• Field Leadership: oversee daily field operations, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and handle on-site problem resolution.
• Scheduling & Budgeting: prepare job schedules (CPM and look-aheads), monitor production costs, and work to meet or improve the budget.
• Quality Control: enforce the Field Quality Control Program from the building pad to final striping to minimize punch lists.
• Health & Safety: implement and enforce safety plans, conduct investigations, ensure compliance with safety legislation.
• Project Admin: submit daily construction reports, review submittals, track changes, and manage field paperwork.
• Pre-Construction: assist estimating with pre-bid requirements including sequencing, scheduling, and logistics.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to schedule, coordinate, and supervise all trade activities on site. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will drive projects from pre-bid to final punch list, ensuring everything stays on schedule, on budget, and up to our highest safety and quality standards.

Required Experience & Skills

• 7+ Years Experience strictly as a Lead or Senior Superintendent for a General Contractor.
• Multifamily Expertise is required. Podium and mid-rise experience is highly preferred.
• Construction Knowledge: Strong background in commercial/multi-family construction, including surveying, excavation, site grading, masonry, framing, and interior finishes.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, Adobe, and Bluebeam. (Viewpoint Team, ProjectSite, and AutoCAD are a plus).
• Education: High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture is a plus.
• Communication: Fluent in English with the ability to read complex blueprints/specs and effectively lead coordination meetings.
