Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Service Department operations and ensure policies and customer-service expectations are followed.
• Plan and manage workflow, technician capacity, scheduling, and coordination among teams.
• Review department performance, labor, parts-to-labor, open repairs, aging work-in-process and follow-ups.
• Resolve customer-service escalations, disputed repairs, pricing issues, and warranty matters.
• Coordinate warranty, recalls, and goodwill with OEMs and management.
• Ensure posted labor rates are reviewed and OEM warranty rate increases are pursued.
• Maintain shop organization, safety, cleanliness, tool accountability, and professional appearance.
• Review repair-order quality and financial controls before final closure.
• Cooperate with General Manager on storage decisions and exceptions handling.
• Coach staff and elevate issues to management.
