Job summary

TripleTen is seeking a Lead Motion & Graphic Designer for its Curriculum team. You will turn complex tech concepts into clear visuals, lead a distributed design team, and own standards for visuals and motion in learning content. Expect hands-on design about 80% of the time and leadership responsibilities about 20%.

You’ll collaborate with Learning Experience Designers and engineers to prototype interactive formats and scalable libraries, advancing the platform across US and LATAM markets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in motion and graphic design.
• Portfolio showing motion, graphic design, and visual storytelling built in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
• Design leadership experience or mentoring designers.
• English at B2 or higher; strong written and spoken English for remote work.
• Interactive and UX work with portfolios including interactive pieces.
• Familiarity with Claude Design/Claude Code or AI agents for prototyping.
• Experience in ed-tech, e-learning, or instructional design; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design learning visuals for curriculum content.
• Create graphics, animations, motion pieces, and explainers from concept to final edit.
• Set quality standards and own visual/motion guidelines and reusable asset libraries.
• Lead the design team, run critiques, plan sprints, and mentor designers.
• Improve intake, reviews, and handoffs to speed up production.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering on shared libraries and AI-assisted workflows.
• Prototype interactive formats and design clickable diagrams and simple simulations for the learning platform.
• Finish video projects with basic effects and sound design.
