Job summary

TripleTen is seeking a Remote Sr. Product Designer to lead UX strategy and design across Web and Mobile.

You will turn bold ideas into intuitive experiences that drive engagement, retention, and conversions while shaping the design culture and collaborating with product and engineering teams. You will be responsible for refining the product vision, building a world-class design function, and mentoring a growing team of designers and researchers, with a strong emphasis on data-informed decision

Qualifications

• Senior design experience in digital products (Web/Mobile).
• Strong portfolio across B2C and B2B.
• Must speak fluent English (C1/C2).
• Partner with developers and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Vision: Create and execute a UX strategy and design vision to solve complex educational problems.
• Create Business Impact: Influence key metrics by design using data and business goals.
• Foster a Culture of Learning: Build rapid prototyping and iteration so the team tests ideas quickly.
• Guide and Build Hands-On: Oversee research, UX architecture, UI and design system; guide the function and craft key experiences.
• Nurture the Team: Recruit, mentor, and develop a world-class design team as we scale.
