Icatalyft seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to lead digital design, motion, and video editing for B2B/B2C campaigns. You will shape brand strategy, create high-quality assets, and drive cohesive visual storytelling across platforms.

The role requires strong concepting, execution, and the ability to translate client goals into compelling experiences. Remote-friendly with cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Senior designer with diverse digital design experience.
• Strong portfolio showing branding, motion, and UIs.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
• Experience leading a design team or projects.
• Ability to translate brand strategy into assets.

Responsabilités

• Conceptualize and create designs across digital platforms.
• Develop concepts aligning with marketing goals.
• Design intuitive user interfaces using Figma and UX principles.
• Translate brand identities into assets and guidelines.
• Produce B2B materials: whitepapers, infographics, eBooks, social content.
• Design web pages, landing pages, and digital ads.
• Lead events branding: signage, stages, screens.
• Maintain brand guidelines for consistency.
• Lead junior designers and optimize workflows.
• Stay updated on trends and tools to improve processes.
• Manage multiple projects with timelines using Jira/Notion/Trello.
• Collaborate with clients/stakeholders to reflect feedback.
• Ensure cohesive, high-quality design across channels.
