Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of experience in life sciences or related field.
• Master’s Degree with 8+ years of experience in academic/industry settings.
• Ph.D. or equivalent degree with 6+ years of experience in life sciences.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Molecular Assays & Genomics team with scientific direction and talent development.
• Own assay strategy, scientific standards, and capability development within the platform.
• Translate translational and safety questions into fit-for-purpose molecular approaches.
• Lead assay development, qualification/validation, transfer, and clinical implementation.
• Provide leadership across ddPCR, qPCR, sequencing, and expression profiling.
• Partner with Translational Program Leads to align molecular assessments with program goals.
• Oversee assay design, data quality, interpretation, and issue resolution.
• Evaluate internal/external lab capabilities and select providers.
• Advance technologies addressing evolving portfolio needs and cross-program consistency.
• Represent the function to cross-functional stakeholders and foster a culture of rigor.
