Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, 10+ years of academic and/or industry experience
- Master’s Degree, 8+ years of academic and/or industry experience
- Ph.D. or equivalent advanced degree in Life Sciences, 6+ years experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- PhD in molecular biology, genomics, or related field with 6+ years industry experience
Responsibilities
- Lead the Molecular Assays & Genomics team with scientific direction and talent development
- Own assay strategy, standards, and capability development within the platform
- Translate translational and safety questions into fit‑for‑purpose assay approaches
- Lead development, qualification/validation, transfer and clinical implementation of assays
- Provide oversight of assay design, performance, data quality, and interpretation
- Evaluate internal and external lab capabilities and select labs and scopes of work
