Job summary

FleetPride is seeking a Mobile Technician III in Georgia to excel in preventative maintenance and complex diagnostics for heavy-duty trucks and trailers. You will train fellow technicians, perform advanced diagnostics, and work in-shop between service calls.

Some after-hours on-call rotation may be required in this location. The role emphasizes repairs across electrical, brake, suspension, and engine systems, with emphasis on safety and quality control.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience repairing class 7 & 8 trucks and trailers.
• Diagnostic experience in heavy-duty systems.
• Training experience in a shop environment.
• Welding and air brake certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Examine vehicles to determine damage extent.
• Provide preventative maintenance solutions when appropriate.
• Train new service shop employees on procedures.
• Inspect orders for completion and quality before delivery.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes and filter replacements.
• Repair brakes, driveline components, and suspensions.
• Test drive vehicles and diagnose systems.
