Responsibilities

• Define the technical vision and long-term roadmap for Feed Ecosystems.
• Coach and develop your team, enabling growth and impact.
• Partner with product, design, data science, safety, community, ads, and platform teams.
• Oversee ML system design and optimization for cold-start, new posts, and discovery.
• Define quality signals and optimize for engagement, user value, and health.
• Collaborate with platform and infrastructure teams on scalable AI-powered systems.
• Maintain high standards for performance, reliability, and responsible AI.
• Partner with recruiting to hire world-class ML engineers.
