Reddit's Machine Learning Platform team invites a Senior Software Engineer to help architect and maintain foundational ML infrastructure powering Feeds Ranking, Content Understanding, and Recommendations. You will build data-governance tools and partner with MLEs across teams to improve signal discovery and ownership.

This role emphasizes end-to-end project leadership and collaboration in a distributed systems environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in the ML Platform domain.
• Experience with large-scale batch and streaming data processing.
• Experience building production-quality systems with testing, monitoring, observability, and reliability practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, testing, and operation of ML signal-governance capabilities.
• Build tools to assess signal importance and lifecycle decisions.
• Partner with MLEs and cross-functional teams to define governance workflows.
• Contribute to ML Data Platform, including prediction logging and training data platforms.
• Drive end-to-end complex projects from planning to rollout and operation.
