Job summary

Round-Peg Solutions (RPS) Limited seeks a Chief Systems Engineer to lead the development of next-generation missile systems, owning architecture, requirements and flight qualification. You will direct cross-disciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, software, and systems engineering, ensuring production readiness and rigorous verification.

Qualifications

• Extensive missile/guided munitions experience.
• Experience leading complex defence programmes.
• DoD clearance or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead missile system architecture, requirements, technical decisions and engineering trade studies.
• Oversee integration of airframes, propulsion, guidance, navigation, avionics and control systems.
• Direct systems engineering, technical risk, design reviews and configuration management.
• Lead verification, validation, qualification, flight testing and production transition.
• Provide technical leadership across mechanical, electrical, software, systems and manufacturing engineering teams.
