Vivo Infusion is seeking a hands-on Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our IT team. You will architect, deploy, secure, and support our enterprise Microsoft 365 ecosystem including SharePoint Online, Teams, Entra ID, Purview, and Power Platform.

The role focuses on governance, scalability, and user productivity across the organization. The ideal candidate balances deep technical expertise with solution architecture experience, and can drive execution while collaborating with cross‑functional

Qualifications

3+ years of Microsoft 365 solution architecture, Purview, Power Platform, Entra ID, Teams, and SharePoint administration.
Strong technical expertise in SharePoint Online architecture, deployment, and administration.
Site provisioning, templates, and content types.
User profiles and permissions at scale.
Retention, compliance, and data protection policies.
Security, governance, and audit configurations.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Purview, Entra ID, and Power Platform.
Identity management, compliance, and governance in M365.
Excellent communication and ability to mentor technical teams.
Proficiency in PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API automation.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the global architecture and roadmap for Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online, Teams, Entra ID, Purview, Power Platform).
Design scalable, secure solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
Deploy, configure, and manage SharePoint environments and permissions.
Oversee tenant‑level administration, service applications, and hybrid configurations.
Design and implement productivity solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
Manage advanced features like Content Types, Term Store, eDiscovery, retention policies.
Monitor performance, storage quotas, and service health across global SharePoint sites.
Enforce governance models: naming conventions, site lifecycle, RBAC.
Collaborate with IT, Security, Compliance on governance and security policies.
Automate tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API; leverage Power Platform.
