Perform Properties LLC seeks a Senior Microsoft 365 Platform Architect to own and shape our workplace technologies. You will design intranet experiences, structure SharePoint and Teams, and drive adoption of Viva Engage, Loop, OneNote, Planner, To Do, and Power Platform across a nationally distributed workforce.

You will partner with Revantage North America and Communications to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions, including evaluating Copilot and AI capabilities.

Competenze

• 7+ years hands-on in Microsoft 365 beyond end-user support, with ownership of SharePoint Online and Teams in a complex environment.
• Strong information architecture, governance, and hub design experience for large intranets.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; preferred certifications in Microsoft 365/SharePoint/Power Platform.

Mansioni

• Architect SharePoint, including information architecture, site/hub structure, permissions, templates, and lifecycle.
• Design how Teams is structured: team/channel architecture, naming & lifecycle standards, cross-region usage.
• Grow adoption across Viva Engage, Loop, OneNote, Planner, To Do, and Power Platform; evaluate Copilot/AI integration.
• Own platform governance (creation, lifecycle, permissions, external sharing, retention) and partner with Revantage North America to deliver and verify changes.
