Job summary

Vivo Infusion is seeking a hands-on Microsoft 365 Administrator to architect and maintain our enterprise M365 ecosystem, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Entra ID, Purview, and Power Platform. You will shape adoption, ensure security, and enable scalable collaboration across the organization.

The role requires deep technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive execution in a fast-paced environment. Onsite locations include Lakewood, CO and Grand Rapids, MI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Microsoft 365 solution architecture, Purview, Power Platform, Entra ID, Teams, and SharePoint administration.
• Strong expertise in SharePoint Online architecture, deployment, and administration.
• Experience with Azure AD/AAD identities, MFA, and IAM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the M365 architecture roadmap (SharePoint Online, Teams, Entra ID, Purview, Power Platform).
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Deploy, configure, and manage SharePoint environments and tenant-level administration.
