Job summary

Fanisko is seeking a Solution Architect for Microsoft Collaboration & Power Platform to lead the architecture, governance, automation, and strategic direction of the organization’s Microsoft 365 collaboration ecosystem.

You will partner with business leaders, security, and IT teams to design scalable, secure solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance and optimal end-user experience across SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline or equivalent experience.
8+ years of Microsoft platform architecture experience.
5+ years administering and architecting Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions.
Experience with large enterprise environments (10,000+ users preferred).
Experience leading enterprise-wide governance initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture and governance for SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Viva Connections.
Develop and maintain collaboration platform roadmaps and standards.
Define governance, storage, sharing, and external collaboration controls.
Design governance policies for Teams, Power Platform, and related services.
Create executive dashboards and reporting for platform adoption and governance metrics.
Collaborate with security, risk, and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance.
