Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent medical technology training per CLIA requirements.
• Registered or registry-eligible with an approved certifying agency within 12 months.
• Ability to supervise, coach staff and support performance evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Process and test specimens under minimal supervision.
• Review and report lab results and troubleshoot instrumentation.
• Provide input on staff evaluations and maintain procedures.
• Coordinate cross-department lab operations across facilities in a market.
