Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medical technology or equivalent as defined by CLIA.
• Registration or eligibility with ASCP/NCA/AMT/CSMLS within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of a Medical Technologist.
• Assist department management with corrective action and coaching.
• Contribute to performance and competency evaluations.
• Assist in interviewing new employees.
• Ensure age-appropriate care and compliance with policies.
• Analyze data to identify discrepancies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate across departments to maintain effective lab operations.
• Promote a safe, quality-driven environment.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology

ASCP/ NCA/ AMT/ CSMLS eligible within 12 months of hire
