The role reports to the Project Manager and Project Executive, requiring a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience. The position emphasizes leadership, cost awareness, and coordination with engineers, subcontractors and inspectors on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in design, cost, sequencing, logistics and field installations of MEP systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to present technical material clearly.
• LEED accreditation preferred; proficient with project management and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with engineers, design consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and owner's representatives to meet client goals from initiation to completion.
• Comprehensive knowledge of contract documents, Turner standards, plans, specs and codes.
• Lead, supervise and develop Turner MEP staff and provide input on performance appraisals.
• Oversee daily activities of Engineer-MEP, Superintendent-MEP, and subordinates.
• Manage MEP procurement, project budgets, quality, safety, scheduling, installation, commissioning and close-out.
