Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead project team, subcontractors, and owner’s representatives to ensure aligned, efficient system installation.
• Prepare and manage contract item lists to keep ROJ dates in line with the schedule.
• Participate in schedule updates and provide current information for accurate planning.
• Evaluate and manage RFI processing and budget reviews, including change orders.
• Coach and mentor junior MEP engineers; coordinate with the VDC engineer on turnover and commissioning.
