Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Field Superintendent to provide complete project field leadership for day-to-day operations of assigned projects in the Rochester area. You will coordinate vendors and subcontractors to meet the contract and schedule, while maintaining site safety, quality, and efficiency.

The role requires 5–10 years of field supervisory experience on large commercial projects, with strong knowledge of MEP trades and experience in pull planning and Last Planner System.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of field supervisory experience on large ($25M+) commercial projects.
• Knowledge of MEP trades, especially HVAC and electrical.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
• Proficient in project management software and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead site safety, coordinate site logistics, and manage daily field operations.
• Develop and maintain project schedule updates; implement recovery plans.
• Coordinate all trades, vendors, and subcontractors per Contract Documents.
• Attend inspections, and ensure compliance with safety and quality plans.
• Monitor progress, report health of project to management, and manage invoices.
