Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking a Lead Intensive Case Manager to join our team in the Harrisburg area. You will provide individualized, person-directed support to adults with mental illness and help them access medical, social, educational, and other resources.

The role involves mentoring other Intensive Case Managers, reviewing and approving case notes, and coordinating resources in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus direct mental health care experience.
• Strong communication and computer skills; ability to resolve crises.
• Valid driver’s license and daily access to a vehicle.
• Pre-employment checks and clearances completed.

Responsibilities

• Mentor other Intensive Case Managers on the team.
• Assist adults with mental illness in accessing medical, social, and educational services.
• Review and approve case notes.
• Provide crisis support and resource coordination.
