Keystone Human Services is currently seeking Program Coordinators to join our team in providing individualized, person-directed support in the area of mental health. As a Program Coordinator, you will support individuals with mental illness living in a residential based setting, serve as a role model and mentor for staff, and assist in

Qualifications

• Twenty-one years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three months of human services or related work experience.
• Program administrator certification or ability to obtain within six months.
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with mental illness in a residential setting and involve them in activities.
• Serve as a role model and mentor for staff.
• Assist in monitoring aspects of program operations.
• Encourage individuals to become more independent and take a lead role in their rehabilitation.
