Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related science.
• Five years of clinical laboratory experience.
• ASCP/AMT/AAB licensure or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor with review, organization and maintenance of lab activities.
• Contribute to development of policies, procedures and new technical procedures.
• Provide feedback on personnel to supervisor for evaluations.
• Ensure staff maintain current knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.
