Schedule and Locations:

  • Monday through Thursday
  • 7 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Four 10-hour shifts

The Center Coordinator is responsible for efficient patient flow, superior customer service, achieving monthly goals and performance indicators, data entry, schedule and treatment plan management, and patient retention.

  • Ensure all patient charts are up-to-date, HIPAA compliant, and accurately input demographics, procedures, and payments into the database
  • Review scheduling and financial responsibilities and referrals with patients throughout care
  • Send precertification forms daily to the Precertification Department for patients requiring authorization
  • Ensure compliance with data collection for one-month surveys
  • Confirm daily inventory counts are completed and uploaded by the Surgical Assistant
  • Verify correct completion of the Daily Close at each night’s end
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of administrative or customer service experience, preferably in a medical setting
  • Reliable transportation to clinics not accessible by public transit
  • Ability to travel to CVR Wilmington Clinic
