Job summary

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree with NAACLS MT program and MT certification.
• Alternatively, biology/chemistry with advanced degree/certification in related field.
• Two years of related lab experience post-graduation in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily technical oversight of the Laboratory department.
• Perform and document quality control per procedures.
• Participate in QA activities and proficiency testing.
• Troubleshoot instruments and coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure timely reporting of test results and Critical Values.
• Oversee specimen collection and safety compliance.
