Job summary

gpac is seeking a Process Engineering Manager to lead development, validation, improvement and transfer of plastic injection molding processes used in medical manufacturing. You will combine hands-on technical leadership with people leadership to guide scientific molding, process development and troubleshooting while directing engineers on new and existing programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of plastics processing experience.
• Deep injection molding knowledge.
• Medical-device manufacturing and process-validation experience.
• Ability to mentor engineers and lead programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, validation, improvement and transfer of injection molding processes used in medical manufacturing.
• Provide hands‑on technical leadership and people leadership for the molding team.
• Guide engineers responsible for new and existing programs.
