Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of injection molding experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of injection molding processes, tooling, validation, and operations.
• Experience leading process development and qualification activities for new product launches.
• Strong project management and technical documentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Process Engineers across facilities.
• Drive mold qualification, process development, validation, and production readiness.
• Establish and optimize parameters using Scientific Molding and RJG principles.
• Lead DOE activities to support process capability and qualification.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, PM, Tooling, Quality, and Manufacturing on launches.
• Support mold design reviews and production handoff with validated processes.
• Ensure documentation, MAP reviews, and validation records are complete.
